Erline Mayberry Scholarship   

                              Otis N. Brown/Billy Ray Cameron Scholarships

For the Erline Mayberry Preliminary Application, a copy of the National Membership Maintenance Report for 2010 and 2011 (for continuous members) or for Life Members, National Annual Life Member Maintenance Report, must be submitted with preliminary application.  These are available from the Auxiliary Treasurer or the Post Quartermaster.  DO NOT SEND A COPY OF THE ROSTER.  Treasurers and quartermasters, please complete the dates at the bottom of the page and sign the form.

 Please contact me if you have any questions.  You may make copies of the appli-cations to hand out.
