VOICE OF DEMOCRACY AND PATRIOT’S PEN

JANUARY, 2011

The Voice of Democracy and the Patriot’s Pen programs have been completed on all levels, including the Department judging. 

The Voice of Democracy and Patriot’s Pen top three winners will be announced at the Banquet February 4, 2011, in Raleigh at the Council of Administration meeting.

Auxiliary Chairmen, since this program is complete, you may send your year end report to me now instead of waiting until April 15, 2011.  Please send copies of letters, publicity, and etc. to support your program. 

The Voice of Democracy/Patriot’s Pen year end report form can be found in the back of the Department Yearbook which each Auxiliary President has.  If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank the chairmen on each level, for the fine job you did on the Voice of Democracy/Patriot’ Pen Programs.  Our programs continue to be a success   because of your continued dedication. I hope the New Year will be great for you, and the Department of North Carolina.
