THANK YOU ALL   Ladies, we won $100.00 for achieving 60% at the National Convention.  Also we received $500.00 to be used for our Dept. President to attend the Status of Liberty Celebration at the end of Oct. Now down to the business at hand.

 

We are wanted to reach 70% in the Dept by 30 Sept, 2010; this will give us $100.00 for our budget.  We also want to reach 75% before 31 Oct, 2010 for another $100.00 for our budget.

 

What would really be great is reaching 80% before 31 Oct, 2010.  That would give us $300.00 instead of $100.00 so the Dept can defray membership/recruiting expenses.

 

Please make those phone calls to your Sisters that have not paid there Dues yet.  It gets hard the closer to the Holiday to collect those Dues.  Don’t just ask for their dues.  Ask how they are doing and if there is anything you can do for them.  Also let them know what Your Auxiliary has with upcoming event.

 

Treasurer’s – Look through your membership card of people that have not paid the dues.  Give them a call.  Ask if you can help.  Tell them how important they are to the Auxiliary.  We lose a lot of members because we don’t make contact with them

 

National Award

1. Two drawings of $250.00 each for Auxiliaries achieving 100% in membership with transmittal to be received at National Headquarters by 31 August, 2010.

 

2. Auxiliary’s 10-75 members, they will receive $75.00 from National if 100% reported to National by 30 Sept, 2010.

 

3. Auxiliaries 76 – 150 members, they will receive $75.00 from National if 100% reported to National by 31 Oct, 2010.

 

Special Prize – Turn in to me by the Fall C of A the number of sisters that will be Dept Aide-de-Camp at the State convention June 2011. If several sisters are correct, the names will go in the hat for the prize.

 

HELP HELP HELP WE HAVE A SAD LEPRCHURN

 Let’s make him HAPPY at the Fall C of A and be 75%.  You will see him and our Dept President do the Jig.  You don’t what to miss that.

 

PLEASE DON’T HOLD DUES.  IF YOU GET SOME DUES IN A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE FALL C OF A, PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU.
